Our Mission.
ATP Fitness has been providing
personal training and nutritional services since
1998.
Our extensive knowledge in the fields of exercise
science and nutrition has afforded us the ability to accommodate
a wide
range of clients with many types of physical and metabolic conditions.
It is our mission to promote
awareness and education of the necessities and benefits of health
and fitness. To maintain the highest professional standards in

I Am Nationally
Certified by the Following Institutions.
American
College of Sports Medicine. ACSM
is the largest, most respected sports medicine and exercise science
organization in the world.
Considered ACSM's advanced personal trainer certification, ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist are required to have at least an Associate’s Degree and are qualified to work with special populations with medically controlled diseases who have been cleared by their physician for independent exercise.

American
Council on Exercise. ACE sets standards and protects the public against
unqualified fitness professionals and unsafe or ineffective fitness
products, programs and trends.

ACSM/ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer (CET)
A CET is a fitness professional who trains men and women who were recently diagnosed with cancer and have not yet begun treatment, are receiving treatment, have completed treatment or are a survivor experiencing chronic or late effects from disease or treatment; and are apparently healthy or have the presence of known stable cardiovascular disease with low risk for complications with vigorous exercise and do not have any relative or absolute contraindications for exercise testing.
Additionally, the CET performs appropriate fitness assessments and makes exercise recommendations while demonstrating a basic understanding of cancer diagnoses, surgeries, treatments, symptoms and side effects.
